Snow Globs!

Yeah, that title is supposed to read snow globES but I'm less than satisfied with my Merry Monday card this time. It was all fine and dandy until someone lost an eye covered it in glitter. Then it sort of lost definition.
Probably that base is overwhelming my globe too. I confess that snow globes aren't my thing. I don't have a phobia against them but if they ceased to be a thing I'd be all right with it.

The Fine Print: Stamps by Stampin' Up "White Christmas." Until next time...

Princess J, I love your patterned paper on this - it looks like snowflakes and is so appropriate behind the snow globe. Love all your glitter on the globe too.
Blessings

You're being too hard on it. It looks very snowy and cute.

I think your snow globe is so pretty with the glitter and your background. I think your are being too hard on yourself too and thanks for joining us at Merry Monday even though snow globes aren't your thing.

Go to your room at once! You are much too hard on yourself, PJ! I think the glob is balanced and beautiful with all that snowy glitter!! Hugs, Darnell

What Darnell said above! LOL that glittered glob is very pretty and looks like it's snowing inside of it - and after all, isn't that zactly what a snow glob is supposed to represent? Sit back, pour a cold one and it will start looking better to you - we all obviously like it much more than you do! :)

I love the scene you made for your snow globe, Judy! I love snow globes, but I don't make snow globe cards so I'm impressed!

Having never made one at all, I think it's quite nice actually. The glitter looks very pretty, and I don't think the base is too heavy either. I've seen some snow globes that rested on a heavier dark base, and were pretty. You did a good job with this, and hope the eye doesn't suffer long term effects from your enthusiasm. I'm like Greta, very impressed. I wouldn't mind if these were not a thing either, but since I shall probably never attempt one - no big matter. (and yes I do have a die to make one. Why did I buy it? Who knows..probably the excitement of shopping just then!). Good for you on this one and the festive holiday scene. TFS
